For years, the particle counters from TSI, which are distributed in Germany by DEHA Haan & Wittmer GmbH, have been among the standard measuring devices in industry and research worldwide.
New to the portfolio are the AeroTrak^® Plus Remote Particle Counters, which replace the previous series.
Thanks to their reliable laser technology, the sensors ensure professional and top-quality reliability in cleanrooms with a long service life.

The new remote particle sensors are available with or without their own vacuum supply and measure up to 6 particle sizes simultaneously at a flow rate of 2.83 l/min or 28.3 l/min.
Power is supplied via Ethernet (PoE) or an external power supply.

Various interfaces such as Ethernet (TCP/IP), Modbus RTU, or the optional 4-20 mA analog output enable quick data transfer and simplify integration with many software programs, such as the FMS, which can be used for monitoring.

A data buffer of 250,000 measurements and data storage of up to 6 months allow for precise process monitoring, logging, and securing of measurement data without loss or interruption, ensuring top reliability in cleanroom environments.

The compact and easy-to-clean stainless steel housing in a new design is ideal for use under pharmaceutical conditions. The sealed inlet prevents accidental ingress of cleaning solutions into the housing.

The latest FMS monitoring software enables automatic sensor detection, making integration into the monitoring system easier and faster, as well as reducing losses through early warning with a 1-second alarm.

All new models feature flow monitoring.
The devices comply with the requirements according to ISO 21501-4.

The new AeroTrak^® Plus remote particle sensors are available with and without their own vacuum supply:
- The Model Series 6x01 with integrated pump is the ideal solution for smaller monitoring systems without external vacuum supply. The integrated, quiet pump offers high flexibility and low installation costs, as it eliminates the need for an elaborate external vacuum system.

- The Model Series 7xxx requires an external vacuum supply. The model 7510 is resistant to gaseous hydrogen peroxide (VHP).
