Remote particle sensor AeroTrak Plus 6x01 & 7xxx

For years, the particle counters from TSI, which are distributed in Germany by DEHA Haan & Wittmer GmbH, have been among the standard measurement devices in industry and research worldwide.

New in the portfolio are the remote particle counters AeroTrak^® Plus, which replace the predecessor series.

Thanks to their reliable laser technology, the sensors ensure professional and top-quality reliability in cleanrooms with a long service life.

The new remote particle sensors are available with or without their own vacuum supply and measure up to 6 particle sizes simultaneously at a flow rate of 2.83 l/min or 28.3 l/min.

Early warning is guaranteed through second-by-second monitoring.

Power is supplied via Ethernet (PoE) or an external power supply.

Various interfaces such as Ethernet (TCP/IP), Modbus RTU, or the optional 4-20 mA analog output enable fast data transfer and simplify integration with many software programs, such as FMS, which can be used for monitoring.

A data buffer of 250,000 measurements and data storage of up to 6 months allow for precise process monitoring, logging, and securing of measurement data without data loss or interruption.

The compact and easy-to-clean stainless steel housing in new design is ideally suited for use under pharmaceutical conditions. The sealed inlet prevents accidental ingress of cleaning solutions into the housing.

The new extended FMS driver enables automatic sensor detection, making integration into the monitoring system easier and faster.

All new models feature flow monitoring.

The performance of the devices complies with the requirements of ISO 21501-4.

The new remote particle sensors AeroTrak^®+ are available with and without their own vacuum supply:

- The Model series 6x01 with integrated pump is the ideal solution for smaller monitoring systems without external vacuum supply. The integrated, quiet pump offers high flexibility and low installation costs, as it eliminates the need for an elaborate external vacuum system.

- The 7xxx series requires an external vacuum supply. The model 7510 is resistant to gaseous hydrogen peroxide (VHP).
