gempex GmbH, the GMP service provider for the Life Science industry based in Mannheim, has been supporting manufacturers and suppliers since 2002 in the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of quality assurance systems. The focus areas include compliance consulting, qualification, IT validation, and ongoing operational support.

Since this year, the former Chinese joint venture company gemro Services Ltd. has officially become a 100% subsidiary of gempex GmbH and operates under the name "gempex China Ltd." Due to the closer cooperation between the GMP experts of gempex and the joint venture in recent times, the decision was made to incorporate the Chinese colleagues into the gempex family and to move into new office spaces in Guangzhou, China's third-largest city. The already intensive interaction between gempex employees from Europe and the Far East is further strengthened by this, increasing consulting capacity and flexibility.

The fact that gempex places the highest value on quality and reliability at all its locations is demonstrated by the recent successful repeat audit according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, which was conducted without any complaints at the Mannheim and Sisseln (Switzerland) sites. The Chinese colleagues will be next in January 2016. In addition to quality-oriented processes, a comprehensive knowledge management database and an extensive training concept ensure topicality and competence of the gempex employees.
