Quality is not only the highest priority in the field of Good Manufacturing Practice. PTS Training Service, as a provider of training and further education for the pharmaceutical, active substance, and medical device industries, also adheres to the highest quality standards – those of its own and, of course, those of its customers.

Due to the pandemic situation and the resulting significant decline in demand for in-person seminars, PTS continued its strategy, begun years ago, of utilizing digital media and platforms for its training offerings.

Recently, Mr. Geiß from Lloyds Register was welcomed again at the Arnsberg location. The purpose of the visit was the surveillance audit of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015.

Thomas Geiß, Lloyd’s Register, Senior Lead Assessor, Business Assurance, concluded during the audit in October 2021:
– Due to the pandemic situation and the associated significant decline in demand for in-person seminars, PTS continued its strategy, initiated years ago, of using digital media and platforms for its training offerings.
– Several studios have been set up, where not only videos but complete seminars can also be produced as live events. The digital online offerings include both on-demand training, which participants can access at any time, e.g., from their home office, and online live formats, which are also designed to be interactive.
– Additionally, a hybrid format has been developed for in-person seminars, meaning participants have the option to attend on-site or remotely with all options; as if they were on-site!
– These represent significant strategic improvements, achieved through investment in the necessary studio equipment and the qualification of relevant staff regarding the use of this equipment.
