DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Certification

For the customers of Systec & Solutions GmbH from the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries who hold themselves to the highest standards of quality, it is essential that a supplier works according to the latest quality standards. Systec & Solutions strives every day to deliver the best quality and provide excellent service. This has now been officially confirmed through compliance with the new standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

In a multi-day audit, the processes and the transition to a new quality management system were examined by TÜV Nord. The certificate was awarded without a single complaint.

The DIN EN ISO 9001 standard is the most important norm in quality management. It defines the requirements for an effective quality management system and considers processes from suppliers to delivery to the customer.

Since 2013, Systec & Solutions has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. As part of the new DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, the requirements for quality management and responsible personnel have been further increased. The scope of the standard has been expanded to include strategic alignment and risk management, and greater importance has been assigned to process management.
