Purely a matter of luck

Okay, the cleanroom is our collective workplace, possibly an area of interest, maybe even a passion. But one thing is clear: there is also a life outside the dust-free zone. And even for those who do not work in the technically cold world of pure rooms, it is not always easy to maintain joy and zest for life in their private lives. For example, I find it quite helpful to leave the stress of everyday life behind when I hop on my Harley and cruise relaxed through the landscape. Or when I engage artistically again, just like during my studies at the Art Academy in Berlin. That's exactly what I have done more frequently in recent months, because our editor Barbara Fischer-Reineke (who not only knows about cleanrooms but also understands a lot about happiness) has written a book and asked me to create the illustrations for it. And that was a lot of fun.
