The very successful lounges are evolving and will get a new permanent location in Vienna, which will cover the market in Austria, Eastern Europe, and the Alpine region.

A concept that proves its worth, as clearly signaled by the exhibitors of both events. With nearly 300 exhibitors and well over 8,000 visitors, both events combined are the most successful event format of recent years when it comes to pure spaces and pure processes.

The first lounges were designed for the German-speaking region and were also exactly what the participating companies and partners desired. However, as experience shows, wishes change over time, just as the market does. This must be taken into account and incorporated into the planning of upcoming events.

The lounges in Germany have been established for 14 years and are gladly booked by most companies as a presentation opportunity for interesting topics and products. The location in Vienna was a primary focus this year and was attended by 60 exhibitors and 780 visitors. For a first event at a new location, this was a very good start.

Clusters and companies are already working together on the second event in Vienna.

A first event is always an experiment and offers many opportunities for further development, whether in terms of topics, conception, customer invitation procedures, or the culinary entertainment program. For example, the presentation will be increasingly focused outwardly on the theme of the event - Pure Spaces and Pure Processes. Future technical lectures will take place in two central areas of the hall and at the exhibitors' booths. The promotion of the event, including in Eastern Europe and the entire Alpine region, will begin in the coming weeks to make the event known early. Together with exhibitors and partners, the individual topics will be presented across various media to generate further interest. Invitations to visitors will begin immediately after the lounges in Karlsruhe. Catering will also be expanded, creating opportunities for visitors to comfortably sit down with customers. The MARX HALLE in the heart of the revitalized Neu Marx in the third district of Vienna has now developed into a new hotspot in the event scene of the federal capital and beyond. Exhibiting companies from this year's event have confirmed the location as the perfect place for our next date.

Exhibitor bookings for Vienna

Bookings have already begun and show significantly greater interest than expected. Most of this year's exhibitors have already booked. Clusters and organizations will create their own thematic areas and appear with their partners and members. The new hall plan will be created at a later date.
