Pure rooms and pure processes

60 exhibitors and 780 visitors used the event for professional discussions at the booths and the over 70 contributions to discussions on interesting topics.

The program was divided into lectures, actions, and product shows and took place on both days of the event in different areas of the hall and at the companies' exhibition stands.

The ambiance of the hall contributed to a very relaxed atmosphere – clean rooms and pure processes under palms.

The ÖRRG and Austrian clusters presented under the motto: Experience and Develop Cleanrooms

The purpose of the special session was to showcase the Austrian cleanroom industry in its competence, innovation, and thematic diversity and to create incentives for further innovations. Not only the companies' experiences with existing cleanrooms were the focus, but also new technologies and topics relevant to the future of cleanrooms: whether in microelectronics/mechatronics/electronics, medical technology and pharmaceuticals, food industry, or automotive industry. In addition to specialization and exchange of experience among insiders, another goal was to attract new companies to cleanroom technology and show them a way to successfully enter this large market. The breadth of the cleanroom topic was conveyed through lectures, workshops, and discussion rounds, which were very well attended. Through the Austrian clusters, companies, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and research institutions should be encouraged to participate actively, depending on their interests and capabilities.

With the inaugural event, the foundation was also laid for the future. The new date for 2019 was already set well before this year's LOT. It was thus demonstrated that Austria is planning more than just one event. Together with exhibitors and partners, the current event was discussed on September 25, 2018, and a clear signal was set for the coming years.

An inaugural event is always an experiment and offers many opportunities for further development, whether in topics, concept, customer invitation procedures, or the culinary entertainment program.

A first look into the future: Clusters and companies are already working together with Inspire, the organizer, on the second event

Among other things, the presentation will increasingly focus on the event's theme – cleanrooms and pure processes. Future technical lectures will take place in 2 central areas of the hall and at the exhibitors' booths. The promotion of the event, including in Eastern Europe, will begin in the coming weeks to make the event known early. Together with exhibitors and partners, the individual topics will be presented across various media to generate further interest. Invitations to visitors will already start immediately after the "big lounges." Catering will also be expanded, and opportunities will be created to comfortably sit with customers. An evening event is planned... and much more...

October 16 and 17, 2019, MARX HALLE

The MARX HALLE in the heart of the revitalized Neu Marx in the third district of Vienna has now become a new hotspot in the event scene of the federal capital and beyond. Exhibiting companies of this year's event confirmed the location as the perfect place for our next date.

Early bird discount for quick decision-makers

Exhibitors who register by October 15, 2018, will receive, as always, a bonus in the form of a discount. The new hall plan will be created at a later date. The stand location will be assigned based on the booking date.
