At Chinaplas in Guangzhou, Arburg presents three exhibits showcasing different facets of the overarching theme "Production Efficiency": with energy-efficient electric and hybrid all-rounders, product- and industry-specific machine configurations, and automated injection part production. Additionally, there are special processes such as multi-component and LSR injection molding. The goal of all injection molding solutions is high profitability, meaning the production of quality products at minimal unit costs.

At the Arburg trade fair booth in Hall 5.1, Stand A41, both electric, hybrid, and hydraulic machine technology will be on display. Which of these drive types is the most economical depends on the respective product and industry requirements.

Electric All-rounder 370 E produces housing part for medical technology

An important industry for the Chinese and Asian markets is medical technology. For this, an electric all-rounder 370 E manufactures a housing at Chinaplas that can be used in a liquid mixing system. The exhibit has a clamping force of 600 kN and operates with a shot size of 170.

The electric Edrive series is characterized by precision, reproducibility, energy efficiency, and minimized emissions, making it suitable for cleanroom applications as well. Due to its excellent price-performance ratio, the Edrive all-rounders represent an interesting alternative to hydraulic machine technology and enable an economical entry into the world of electric machines.

The entire part handling for the medical technology application is managed by a Multilift Select Robot System, which represents Arburg's robot offering and demonstrates its advantages. The Multilift robot systems, like the Integralpicker, are fully integrated into the Selogica machine control and are easy, safe, and quick to program thanks to the teach-in function.
