"Pure 4.0" for cleanroom operators
The shared view through the AR reality glasses into the future of Pure 4.0
As already mentioned, the CleanRoomNet network, in collaboration with Saaris Health Care Saarbrücken, is hosting a joint event on June 18, 2019: "Pure 4.0".
We spared no costs or effort for you and looked at it not through rose-colored glasses but through the Augmented Reality glasses. We offer all participants of our event, who are active in the field of cleanroom technology and contamination control as users/operators, planners, manufacturers, or suppliers, an excellent opportunity to take a glimpse into the future of the cleanroom landscape. Furthermore, you will receive information about the future of "Pure 4.0".
What do we want to achieve with 4.0 in the cleanroom: The concept "Pure 4.0" helps to make the cleanroom operation more transparent, analyze components, and identify potential sources of error. In this way, users can, for example, access precise information at any time about whether, for instance, the differential pressure between different cleanroom zones and the surrounding unclean area shows any changes. Additionally, important parameters such as the relative humidity in the cleanroom, the occupancy rate of the cleanroom, and the exceeding or falling below of critical thresholds are monitored. An even more important component is the complete interconnection of sensors (measuring probes) and monitoring systems.
In the future, 4.0 will show you ways to read changes directly in the AR glasses and eliminate them in the cleanroom. We want to illustrate these future visions to you through our speakers.
You also have the opportunity to get to know each other better and exchange ideas.
Through various demonstrators, you will experience real application scenarios.
The goal of the CleanRoomNet network is that each participant leaves the event with positive impressions and gains added value in expertise.
