PTA Pharma-Technischer Apparatebau GmbH has been a leading global provider of pharmaceutical cleaning systems for medical stoppers for over 35 years. The company, based in Mauern near Freising, enjoys international recognition for its expertise and excellent manufacturing quality—"Made in Germany". With demand already sharply increased during pandemic times, the company is now experiencing further rising inquiries from the international pharmaceutical industry, mainly from Europe and the USA; but also from China.

PTA washing systems are characterized by first-class execution and quality—"Made in Germany"—as well as by internationally leading technology. They are available in different versions—standard with a 180 kg filling capacity or larger with up to 300 kg—and are produced at two locations: in Neufahrn near Freising for the manufacturing of WST systems and in Mauern for the DS-40 cleaning systems with a 20 kg filling capacity for smaller production capacities. Additionally, there is the PTA Uni-Washer in the product range. For medium production capacities, articles to be washed are automatically loaded and unloaded using boxes. All systems meet the highest standards for cleaning and siliconizing rubber stoppers.

In addition, PTA manufactures systems for surface technology, especially fail-safe, highly durable brush systems primarily for the automotive industry, aircraft construction, and other manufacturing industries for cleaning flat parts.
