Product novelty: Cleanroom table with inductive charging point

At the lounge in Karlsruhe, Friedrich Sailer GmbH presented a Hygienic Design Cleanroom Table with special features. The stainless steel table with a surface roughness Ra < 0.8 µm features a hygienically optimized, closed, and easy-to-clean basic construction, as well as a flat laser-welded double-shell tabletop with particular pressure stability and a firmly attached tabletop surface made of Corian. This cleanroom-compatible material is smooth and easy to clean. At the same time, Corian, for example, is perceived as significantly more comfortable during sitting work because it is less "contact-cold" than stainless steel.

In the Corian panel, Friedrich Sailer GmbH has integrated an inductive charging (Qi charging) option for mobile devices in a cleanroom-compatible manner. Neither a joint nor a cable is visible. An LED lighting integrated into the tabletop also marks the charging point. To charge, simply place the mobile device on this area of the tabletop. The charging process then starts automatically. This approach follows the trend of increasingly giving furnishings additional functionalities. Through complete integration, the cleaning effort for such a cleanroom furniture remains the same despite the extended functionality.

To meet the ergonomic requirements of many workplaces, the table also features an electric height adjustment with four lifting cylinders and a lifting height of 300 mm, as well as a maximum lifting capacity of 350 kg. The hydraulic oil used has FDA approval. The table is mobile, equipped with 4 caster wheels with lock stops that leave no marks.

The table is available in various sizes and can be equipped with cleanroom-compatible cable pass-throughs and monitor mounts.
