Product innovation: Coded quick-release couplings

The new coded quick-release couplings from Eisele belong to the INOXLINE and are particularly suitable for use in the food industry.

The stainless steel connections of the INOXLINE were specially developed by Eisele for use in hygiene-sensitive areas. Now, the Waiblingen-based company has expanded the successful series with coded quick-connect couplings.

With the new coded quick-connect couplings, Eisele offers tamper-proof stainless steel connection components for compressed air. The connections, consisting of coupling and plug nipple from product groups 4031 and 4034, belong to the INOXLINE series. They are made of stainless steel 1.4404, feature FDA-compliant seals, and in the plugged-in state, their outer contour prevents dirt from entering. This makes them particularly suitable for use in the food industry. The durable connection elements are designed for operating pressures of 0.5 to 10 bar.

Eisele offers the quick-connect couplings in four versions: with round, 3-edged, 6-edged, or 8-edged coding. An optional double-sided shut-off provides an additional safety feature.
