Safe production areas, rapid evacuation

To be prepared for an emergency, planners in companies face various challenges: Hygiene sluices must always be located at the entrances to production areas. Those who want to enter must not only disinfect their hands but also thoroughly clean the soles of their shoes. It is often overlooked that in an emergency, the facilities can become insurmountable obstacles for people with mobility impairments or injured persons. An additional difficulty is that unauthorized access to areas behind the hygiene sluice must be prevented. At the same time, evacuation in an emergency must be quick and barrier-free. To meet all these challenges, Höcker individually designs and manufactures a suitable emergency exit gate including a stainless steel railing for each hygiene sluice. This can then be equipped with additional features such as a code lock, RFID terminal, sound signal, signal column, or even a camera.

High standards, customizable extensions

Höcker emergency exit gates are always unlocked and passable. The optional pendulum function allows for both sides to be opened. Additionally, a camera can be connected upon request, which streams images directly to an employee's monitor. Access is thus continuously monitored. Furthermore, the emergency exit gate can be equipped with a signal column that alerts every opening with light and sound signals. Unnoticed entry is thus impossible. Only authorized persons can enter, but in an emergency, the gate remains open. Each Höcker emergency exit gate meets all requirements of the Workplace Ordinance (ASR) regarding functionality and passage widths. Moreover, special sizes and custom designs are possible.
