Pre-sterilized cleanroom wipes

All variants are pretreated with a solution of 70% isopropanol alcohol and 30% deionized water. The resealable bags are easy to open and reseal. They are ideal for cleaning production tools and other equipment, as well as for removing lubricants and adhesives, and for cleaning gloves, laptops, phones, and other items before entering the cleanroom. For cleaning sensitive surfaces, especially the Texwipe cloths, Type AlphaSat® TX-1036 made of polyester, are suitable. These are particularly soft and can be used in cleanrooms ISO Class 4-8. For rough surfaces, the abrasion-resistant Texwipe cloths, Type PolySat® TX-1051 made of melt-blown polypropylene, are suitable. The polypropylene Prosat-911 cloths have good adhesion and can be used in cleanrooms from ISO Class 5 onwards.
