In many areas, avoiding particle and process residues is extremely important for high product quality. Even the smallest contaminants
on the product can have a negative impact and lead to manufacturing failures. Therefore, thorough cleaning is indispensable.
Moistened cloths simplify the cleaning of critical surfaces in cleanrooms. The cloths are evenly moistened, preventing overdosage of cleaning agents. Another advantage is that by eliminating bottles of cleaning agents, the risk of fire is reduced.
The moistened cleanroom cloths PROSAT® 911 are suitable for use in cleanrooms ISO Class 5. The wipes are made of meltblown polypropylene and are soaked with 70% isopropanol and 30% demineralized water.
These cloths are available in both non-sterile and sterile (according to AAMI guidelines) versions.
To ensure purity and solvent content, the cloths are packed in resealable bags. Each bag is marked with its own batch number for easy traceability.
Additionally, the cloths have a very low sodium content of less than 3 ppm and reduced VOC emissions.
