Moistened cloths simplify cleaning of critical surfaces in cleanrooms. The cloths are evenly moistened, preventing overdosage of cleaning agents. Another advantage is that the removal of bottles with cleaning agents reduces the risk of fire.
The moistened cleanroom cloths PROSAT® 911 are suitable for use in ISO Class 5 cleanrooms. The wipes are made from meltblown polypropylene and are soaked with 70% isopropanol and 30% demineralized water. These cloths are available in both non-sterile and sterile (according to AAMI guidelines) versions.
To ensure purity and solvent content, the cloths are packed in resealable bags. Each bag is marked with a unique batch number for easy traceability.
Additionally, the cloths have a very low sodium content of less than 3 ppm and reduced VOC emissions.
