In food production, efficient handling plays a crucial role. Our new bulk material wagon (hopper container wagon) offers a well-thought-out solution for interim storage, filling, and transportation of uncooked food products. Made from stainless steel, it combines functionality with practical features for daily use.

With a capacity of 140 to 150 liters, which corresponds to approximately 120 to 130 kg of dry bulk material, the wagon is suitable for pasta, various grains such as rice, and legumes like lentils. Each model is individually manufactured according to specific requirements and on-site conditions to meet different applications.

The mobile version is equipped with four polyamide rollers, two of which are steering rollers with locks. With a diameter of 125 mm, these rollers enable easy mobility in various production environments. Eight welded fork tine lugs on the sturdy tube frame construction ensure flexible handling during lifting in production processes, e.g., in sorting systems.

The interior of the container is conical and inclined by 20° towards the outlet side, ensuring optimal product flow. On the outlet side, the wagon is equipped with a manual control lever for the bulk material slide, allowing uncomplicated control of the material flow. These features help simplify workflows in food processing and maintain hygienic standards.

Our bulk material wagon is used in various areas, including grain processing, pasta production, and muesli manufacturing. It supports mixing and portioning of ingredients and enables hygienic transport from storage to production.
