Practical assembly tool BIT-73X for KAPSTO protective elements

The BIT-73X facilitates the installation of sealing plugs of all sizes in the screw plug standard series GPN 730, 735, 736, 737, and 738.

The screw plugs GPN 730, the sealing plugs GPN 735 and GPN 736, as well as the sealing plugs with O-ring GPN 737 and GPN 738 from the KAPSTO® standard program, which contains over 3,000 different protective elements, ensure optimal protection during manufacturing, storage, and transportation. They are popular among users due to their robustness, temperature resistance, and sealing properties for a variety of applications: for example, the plugs reliably seal internal or external threads, pipes, compact connectors, holes, fuel lines, or hoses against contamination. For assembly with a screwdriver or wrench, the GPN plugs of the standard series 730, 735, 736, 737, and 738 are equipped with a cross-shaped screw mechanism.

To further facilitate the assembly of these standard series for users, Pöppelmann now offers a specially developed practical assembly tool: the KAPSTO® BIT-73X. This is a sturdy bit made of stainless steel for common screwdrivers with drill chucks. It enables quick and ergonomic assembly or disassembly of all sizes of the screw plug standard series GPN 730 to GPN 738 (a total of 96 different versions).
