The portable air microbial sampler EMTEK P100 presents itself as a modern all-purpose tool in pharmaceutical monitoring routines.

The control electronics of the P100 regulate two flow rates. A smaller flow rate of 28.3 liters / minute allows monitoring of critical production areas over a longer period. The higher flow rate of 100 liters / minute is used to capture the 1m³ sample volume in just 10 minutes.

In both flow scenarios, the physical impaction efficiency (with D50 value less than 1 μm) is fully compliant with the requirements of ISO 14698.

The drawn-in air volume is directed through an integrated HEPA filter after sampling and then blown out. Using an IR remote control, up to five P100 devices can be operated together (Start/Stop/Pause/Continue). Alternative operation via a local network is possible.

The process control allows the creation and storage of customer-specific sampling procedures. P100 collects/stores parameters from up to 500 samples. The associated data control is carried out in accordance with 21 CFR 11.

The delivered P100 package includes a standard 5-channel IR remote control, a transport case, a country-specific power supply unit, and storage media.

Optional accessories include a thermal printer, a collection unit for compressed gases, probes for sampling in hard-to-reach places, and an attachment for horizontal sampling.
