With its 2017 Collection, the new delivery program for decorative and functional lamination of HPL panels, Polyrey offers a variety of combination options: A total of four different materials, eleven trendy surface textures, and 334 color and design options are now available. Visually, the range of the French traditional company has been expanded to include four design-oriented textures, 24 digital print designs, as well as the Monochrome series in black or white, with a through-colored core and six surface options as HPL laminate or with three different textures as self-supporting Compact panels. To enhance functional value, all Polyrey HPL laminate panels now feature surfaces with an antibacterial effect. This permanently neutralizing cleaning effect is achieved through silver ions, which are permanently bound in stable glass beads and are thus fully absorbed by the material, remaining food-safe here. As a result, the laminates are particularly suitable for use in gastronomy, medical, and chemical-technical contexts. "With our 2017 Collection, we offer interior architects, designers, and room planners reliable product solutions for both stylish and practical surface design in interior construction," says Patricia Rutten, Marketing Manager Germany at Polyrey.

Both the classic Polyrey HPL laminate panels and the Reysipur massive Compact series now feature surfaces with up to 99.99% antibacterial effect: Effectiveness against seven bacterial species has been demonstrated according to the JIS Z 2801 standard. These include, for example, Escherichia coli, Salmonella Enteritidis, and Staphylococcus aureus. This cleaning effect is achieved with the help of silver ions (Ag+), which are embedded in a glass matrix in a food-safe manner and thus remain in the material long-term. Controversial nanosilver or free silver ions are not used here. To achieve this hygiene and material protection, Polyrey has been cooperating since 2006 with Sanitized AG, a globally leading company in this field. The identical quality name in the Polyrey portfolio indicates the specifically suited application areas with particularly high hygienic demands. These include, for example, door or furniture surfaces in hospitals, clinics, or laboratories, as well as in the pharmaceutical, food, and consumer goods industries. The gastronomy and hotel industries can also benefit from this Sanitized effect and even communicate it as a benefit to guests and staff.

Monochrome – Through-colored core in black or white

Whether white or black, completely smooth or lightly textured, glossy or matte – with the laminates of the new special series Monochrome from Polyrey, high-quality surface designs can be realized in interior construction. The panels impress with their through-colored cores, which no longer allow visible edges. While the classic Polyrey Monochrome HPL panels are available in six different surfaces, the new Monochrome Compact line can be delivered in the structures Brilliant, Fa, and Roche. These allow for effects resembling brushed metal (NEW: Alliage), carved natural stone (NEW: Roche), high-gloss lacquer (BriHG-Brilliant), or wood appearances (Epimat and NEW: Legno).

Empreinte – Digital print motifs from four thematic fields

Natural Spirit, Happy Colors, Urban Life, or Luxe Chic – the total of 24 new digital print motifs for Polyrey laminates can be assigned to these four styles. They enable both trendy and functional design solutions for furniture, wall, or door surfaces. Horizontal and vertical applications include striped, floral, and geometric patterns as well as dotted and abstract designs. The high-resolution Empreinte digital print program proves to be very robust and even water-resistant. Both the high-quality carrier material and the decorative laminations allow for individual interior designs, especially in commercial or public buildings.

Alliage, Granit, Legno, and Roche – Four new textures

With the new designs Alliage, Granit, Legno, and Roche, Polyrey has completed its range of surface textures. Haptic impressions of brushed metal, cut granite, grained wood, or carved stone are now available, which can stylishly emphasize the visual expression of colors or designs.
