The new monitor mounts GN 197, including VESA adapter plates, as well as the detent slides GN 134.7 and GN 147.7, expand the possibilities of use and also provide suitable solutions for a variety of customer needs.

Monitor mounts with connection pin

The use of touchscreens, panels, displays, and monitors on production machines is now common practice and is defined by the VESA standard for monitor connection. Ganter utilizes this standard to design a purpose-built interface in the form of a monitor mount, which integrates into the existing portfolio. The monitor mount focuses on the essential core functionality and can be easily attached to all pipe clamp connectors depending on the mounting situation thanks to a connection pin. In combination with swivel or flange joints, this results in virtually unlimited degrees of freedom and adjustment options.

Detent slide for recurring positions

With the detent slides based on cross or flange pipe clamp connectors, Ganter introduces a new category of format adjustments into its product range. They allow recurring positions on a square tube to be easily and quickly reached using a movable slide. The detent slide stops at the desired positions by engaging a detent or locking pin or a spring-loaded pressure element into the pre-drilled holes.

The versatile connecting element enables quick and error-free adjustments and is especially used in machines that require individually specified positions. The corresponding drilling patterns on the associated pipes can also be obtained directly from Ganter via the service standard.
