This year as well, Piepenbrock is showcasing its services in cleanroom cleaning at the LOUNGES. The trade fair for cleanroom and process technology will also feature the newly opened training center of the multi-service provider. The LOUNGES will take place from January 28 to 30, 2020, in Karlsruhe.

At their own booth H3.4 in the dm Arena, the experts from Piepenbrock will present their wide range of services in cleanroom cleaning. In addition to maintenance cleaning of all cleanroom classes according to DIN EN ISO 14664 and GMP guidelines, they also offer shuttle services and special cleaning of raised floors or recirculation zones. With their "360-degree cleanroom" concept, Piepenbrock offers customers a personalized all-round service. An important focus is also on cleanroom training and coaching.

Training Center for Cleanroom Cleaning

To better prepare its employees for the requirements in cleanrooms in the future, the building service provider has recently completed its own state-of-the-art cleanroom training center. "In the training center, the content is not only conveyed theoretically but is immediately applied practically in the cleanroom," describes Norbert Gürke, head of the cleanroom cleaning department at Piepenbrock, the successful concept. The center features two cleanroom modules, one compliant with ISO requirements and the other with GMP requirements, including a shuttle area and a hand hygiene station. This also meets the increasing demands on cleanroom operators: "We offer our clients audit security," says Gürke. "Therefore, documentation is one of the most important activities for our clients and is a focus of our training," the department head explains. The cleanroom training center at the company's headquarters in Osnabrück was opened on September 12, 2019. In addition to training Piepenbrock employees, future courses for external participants will also be offered here.
