Piepenbrock is repeatedly awarded the Best Managed Companies Award

For the sixth consecutive time, Piepenbrock has been awarded the Best Managed Companies Award. The seal of quality is awarded by Deloitte Private in cooperation with UBS, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, and the Federal Association of German Industry and is aimed at companies that achieve outstanding performance in various areas.

Since 2007, the Best Managed Companies Award has been recognizing medium-sized companies in Germany that stand out through their actions. The evaluation considers various factors from the areas of strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment, as well as finance and governance. This year as well, Piepenbrock is among the companies that convinced the expert council and the professional jury with representatives from the business community. For the sixth time in a row, the managing partners Arnulf and Olaf Piepenbrock received the award for excellently managed companies. "Our goal is to continuously improve as a company. The award confirms that we are on the right track," says Arnulf Piepenbrock. To remain successful as a family business, it requires not only courage and commitment but also progressive concepts, emphasizes Olaf Piepenbrock: "This understanding underpins our philosophy. The renewed recognition as a Best Managed Company shows us that we are well prepared for the future."

Strong foundation of the economy

Before the award could be presented to the two partners on Thursday in Frankfurt am Main, the company underwent a multi-stage application process. In recent months, Piepenbrock completed an extensive online questionnaire, participated in a personal coaching interview, and submitted application documents. The effort has paid off: after 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, the building services provider can now celebrate the award for the sixth time. "Piepenbrock and the other awarded companies are a strong foundation of our economy. They are doers, innovation leaders, and focus on sustainable corporate management. These companies look far into the future and do not think only quarter by quarter. They have earned their recognition as Best Managed Companies," explains Markus Seiz, Director at Deloitte Private and head of the Best Managed Companies program.
