Piepenbrock Dortmund celebrates 40 years of anniversary

Customers, business partners, and employees celebrated together at a festive event the 40th anniversary of the Piepenbrock branch in Dortmund.

The Piepenbrock Branch in Dortmund celebrated its 40th anniversary on September 15, 2017. Attendees of the anniversary celebration in Dortmund Wickede included clients, business partners, and employees. The company employs nearly 2,000 staff in the North Rhine-Westphalia metropolis. They support more than 350 customers with services in technical and infrastructural building management.

On the occasion of the branch's birthday, not only Dortmund's Mayor Manfred Sauer but also numerous customers, business partners, and employees extended their congratulations. Piepenbrock's managing partner Arnulf Piepenbrock spoke of a "success story" that the branch in the heart of Westphalia has written in recent years. "The success of your branch is the work of people," he praised the team of Regional Managing Director Thorsten Seewöster and Branch Manager Heiko Kalis. "The high customer satisfaction, proximity to our clients, and the fact that orders are repeatedly extended and expanded demonstrate your excellent work," said Piepenbrock.

Donations for the Kinderlachen Association and the Lebenszentrum Königsborn Unna

Not only did the employees of the building service provider benefit from the anniversary of the Piepenbrock Dortmund branch through a celebratory event, but also Kinderlachen e.V. The non-profit organization supports severely ill children in hospitals, hospices, daycare centers, and kindergartens, and has been regularly funded by Piepenbrock for several years. For the anniversary, the company donated a check for €4,000 as well as the proceeds from its tombola to Kinderlachen CEO Marc Peine and patron Mathias "Matze" Knop. Both expressed their gratitude for the support: "Only with the continuous commitment of companies like Piepenbrock are we able to help children effectively." Additionally, a donation of €1,320 was made to the Lebenszentrum Königsborn Unna. The facility cares for people with severe neurological conditions and has been a long-standing customer of the Piepenbrock Dortmund branch.

Strong service provider for the region

The Piepenbrock branch in Dortmund is the largest nationwide branch of the building service provider, with nearly 2,000 employees and 350 clients. The range of services includes traditional maintenance cleaning, security and maintenance services, and specialized services such as cleanroom cleaning. The headquarters of Piepenbrock North-West regional management is also located in Dortmund. It coordinates the activities of five Piepenbrock branches in North Rhine-Westphalia and employs a total of more than 5,000 staff.
