Piepenbrock awarded again with the Best Managed Companies Award

Piepenbrock has been repeatedly awarded the Best Managed Companies Award. The seal of quality is awarded by Credit Suisse in cooperation with Deloitte Private, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, and the Federal Association of German Industry and is aimed at companies that achieve outstanding performance in various areas. For Piepenbrock, it is already the fifth consecutive award.

Since 2007, the Best Managed Companies Award has been recognizing medium-sized companies in Germany that stand out through their actions. The evaluation considers various factors from the areas of strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment, as well as finance and governance. This year as well, Piepenbrock is among the companies that convinced the expert council and the professional jury composed of industry representatives. As in the previous year, the managing partners Arnulf and Olaf Piepenbrock received the award for excellently managed companies. "We are always looking for innovative ideas to continuously develop ourselves and our services. That’s why this award is also a sign of appreciation for our work," says Arnulf Piepenbrock. In challenging times, it is about finding creative solutions for a wide range of problems for Piepenbrock as a family business, adds Olaf Piepenbrock. "This is the foundation of our success. The repeated award confirms that we are on the right track and prepared for the future."

Lighthouse Role in the Regions

Before the award could be presented to the two partners on Thursday in Düsseldorf, the company underwent a multi-stage application process. Over the past months, Piepenbrock completed an extensive online questionnaire, participated in a personal coaching interview, and submitted comprehensive application documents. And the effort paid off: after 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, the building service provider can now celebrate its fifth consecutive award. "Best Managed Companies like Piepenbrock are characterized by a forward-looking strategy, high productivity, a pronounced culture of innovation, and value-oriented corporate management," explains Dr. Christine Wolter, partner and head of Deloitte Private. She further emphasizes: "It is precisely through the combination of employer attractiveness and economic success that Best Managed Companies play an important lighthouse role in the regions."
