Particular and filmic residual dirt specifications are now a standard in the manufacturing of components across virtually all industries. Through its complete and extensive range, parts2clean enables users from all sectors to comprehensively learn about various solutions for different tasks in industrial component and surface cleaning. As of early March, more than 200 companies had already registered to participate in the 13th international flagship trade fair for industrial parts and surface cleaning, taking place from June 9 to 11, 2015, in Stuttgart. Over 6,500 square meters of exhibition space have already been rented. Thus, parts2clean 2015 is on a growth course.

Cleanliness has become a competitive quality factor. Companies are therefore faced with the challenge of achieving the required cleanliness process-safely and maintaining it until the customer or the next processing step. At the same time, due to increasing cost pressures, it is essential to carry out cleaning as economically as possible. And last but not least, ecological aspects must also be considered. To master this balancing act, on the one hand, knowledge of the available technology is required, and on the other hand, the know-how on how to use it optimally.

Comprehensive range along the cleaning process chain

"The exhibition spectrum ranges from cleaning systems and media to systems and components for bath care, as well as solutions for particulate and filmic cleanliness control, corrosion protection, packaging, and logistics," reports Olaf Daebler, Managing Director of parts2clean at Deutsche Messe AG. "Visitors to parts2clean can not only learn about the latest developments but also discuss their individual tasks in detail with exhibitors during their visit and make an initial selection."

Bilingual specialist forum – Knowledge for quality- and cost-optimized cleaning processes

Furthermore, parts2clean offers a three-day specialist forum, one of the most sought-after sources of knowledge on topics related to industrial parts cleaning. The program, coordinated by the Fraunhofer Alliance for Cleaning Technology, this year focuses on "Requirements and Particularities in the Cleaning of Lightweight Construction Materials." With over 25 presentations, it covers a range from fundamentals to specific issues in cleaning technology. On the first day, the lecture sessions focus on cleaning media and bath care. The presentations on the second day deal with processes for deburring as well as cleaning before and after processes such as preservation, passivation, and corrosion protection. "Quality assurance through the right analysis methods" is the motto of the parts2clean forum on the third day. All lectures are translated simultaneously (German <> English). Attendance at the forum is free for parts2clean visitors.

Targeted – the Guided Tours

With Guided Tours, visitors also have the opportunity to be guided specifically to exhibitors at parts2clean who offer solutions suitable for their respective tasks. This makes the trade fair visit particularly efficient and time-saving.

Surface Technology trade fair of Deutsche Messe AG – upcoming dates

The next surface technology trade fair in Germany is SurfaceTechnology during HANNOVER MESSE from April 13 to 17, 2015. The next parts2clean is scheduled regularly for June 9 to 11, 2015. O&S and parts2clean 2016 are planned for May 31 to June 2. The upcoming international trade fairs with surface technology participation are SurfaceTechnology INDIA from December 9 to 11, 2015, SurfaceTreatment EURASIA from February 11 to 14, 2016, and Surface Technology NORTH AMERICA (parallel to IMTS) from September 12 to 17, 2016.
