Sterile disinfectants of the ClearKlens series in the product range at the Braunschweig cleanroom specialist.

Effective immediately, IAB Cleanroom Products GmbH is offering the sterile disinfectants of the ClearKlens series by Diversey – a leading company in cleaning and disinfection – as a permanent part of its product range.

The sterile product series is specifically tailored to the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and was developed for cleaning and disinfecting cleanroom surfaces as well as equipment and surfaces that come into contact with products.

The ClearKlens product series streamlines the validation process by offering the following advantages:
- The formulations are standardized across Europe, simplifying international workflows
- The products are manufactured in facilities certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Disinfectants comply with the European Biocidal Product Regulation 98/8/EC
- Tested according to European CEN standards
- Extensive technical documentation: test methods, material compatibility, and sterilization certificates
- Products are protected against formulation changes (except those caused by legislation or extraordinary circumstances)

Alcohol-based disinfectants

For disinfecting floors and surfaces, gloves, equipment, and instruments.
- Isopropyl alcohol - ClearKlens IPA: Surface disinfectant based on 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% WFI water (Water for Injection, USP quality). Suitable for a broad spectrum of action.
- Denatured ethanol - ClearKlens DE: Surface disinfectant based on 70% denatured ethanol and 30% WFI water (Water for Injection, USP quality). Suitable for a broad spectrum of action.

Sporicidal disinfectants

For disinfecting floors and surfaces.
- Chlorine dioxide - ClearKlens Bi-Spore: A concentrated, fast-acting sporicidal disinfectant. The two-component system produces a chlorine dioxide solution.

Disinfectants

For disinfecting floors and surfaces, gloves, equipment, and instruments.
- Amphoteric - ClearKlens Tego 2000: Amphoteric disinfectant with a broad spectrum of activity, highly effective, developed for use in sterile environments.
- Quats / Alkylamine - ClearKlens Cleansinald: A cleaning disinfectant based on alkylamine and quaternary ammonium compounds, suitable for all surfaces and manual use.

Special features of the sterile product series:
- Produced in cleanroom class EU-GMP A / B facilities
- Filtered to 0.2 µm
- Packaged in double or triple packaging
- Sterilized or sterilizing filtered
- Sterility tested according to the European Pharmacopoeia
- Supplied with a physicochemical analysis and irradiation certificate

The sterile series is available from IAB Cleanroom Products in the following containers:
- SC: 25 to 50 ml bottles
- SS: 900 ml spray bottles
- RTU: 5-liter cans
