To meet the increasing demands on cleanroom technology and for quicker orientation and better customer friendliness, bc-technology GmbH has restructured its products in the field of cleanroom equipment and now offers three equipment lines, each optimized for different application areas. The HygienicSafe line has been specifically developed for applications in the GMP environment and is thus perfectly tailored to the requirements of this sector.

The ParticleSafe product line is particularly suitable for handling particle-sensitive products, as often found in the optics and laser technology, microelectronics, and micromechanics industries, as well as in the ISO sectors of medical technology. The UniSafe line includes effective cleanroom equipment but without additional noise and ergonomic optimization.

All devices in the ParticleSafe series conform to the standard of cleanliness class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1, based on the principle of turbulence-reduced displacement airflow. Solutions are available with horizontal and vertical airflow as well as recirculation or exhaust air principles, enabling the use of these devices for particularly particle-sensitive assembly and service work. They consist of a noise-dampening carrier plate with a melamine resin coating on all sides; the outer and working surfaces are coated with an additional HPL coating, and the surface is silk-matt white. As part of the realignment of bc-technology's equipment lines, they have been acoustically and energetically optimized, and ergonomic design improvements have been implemented. The ParticleSafe devices include seated and standing workstations, ceiling-mounted solutions, and versions as walk-in cleanroom cabins. Additionally, bc-technology offers special laser safety cabins with wall systems or laser safety curtains.

The restructuring of the three equipment lines makes it easier for interested parties and customers to select a suitable cleanroom device. Customers can quickly determine, based on key data, which product line best fits their application.
