Particle Measuring Systems introduces next-generation remote particle counters with customizable flexibility

IsoAir Pro-Plus

The IsoAir® Pro-Plus Remote Particle Counter from Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) combines the latest cleanroom monitoring technologies into one device to customize cleanroom control. This new product meets the requirements of particle and analog environmental monitoring for the high-tech and pharmaceutical industries, where flexible connectivity, durability of the instruments, as well as first-class service and support, are valued.

This particle counter, equipped with numerous features and occupying minimal space, offers the user flexible installation options for power supply, Wi-Fi, as well as analog and digital I/O functions. The external housing made of 316L stainless steel is fluid-resistant with protection classes IP65 and NEMA 4X, protecting the device during cleaning and in harsh environments. The IsoAir Pro-Plus measures particle contamination in up to 8 channels from 0.3 to 25 µm and is resistant to vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP). The integrated HEPA-filtered fan reduces the need for external connections and supporting devices. Together with the IsoAir Pro-E, this product completes the IsoAir Pro product line.

After initial installation, the plug-and-play connectivity of the IsoAir Pro-Plus can be easily integrated into PMS or facility monitoring and compatible third-party data management software systems. Furthermore, the quick-change holder stores important sensor data such as the IP address at the time of measurement, reducing the time and complexity of device installation after calibration or maintenance.
