The now 6 Rion® particle sensors of the KS series represent the world's largest family of measuring devices for pure and ultra-pure media.

With the various KS sensors, particulate contaminants can be detected between 30 nanometers (KS 19F) and 100,000 nanometers (KS 42D).

The particle measurement can be performed either in ultrapure water or in the purest chemicals – including aggressive agents like HF or special chemicals such as photoresists.

All KS particle sensors are operated and read via the identical KE control unit. This exemplary modular concept is consistently complemented by the optional KZ Batch Sampler. Thus, all KS series particle sensors can be operated either in single-sample mode or in continuous online mode.

The PMT service team guarantees – as a certified European RION® calibration laboratory – the smooth operation of all KS sensors.
