Pöppelmann FAMAC® receives QIAGEN Supplier Award

The first place of the international "Supplier of the Year" awards went to Pöppelmann FAMAC® this year. The publicly traded company QIAGEN recognizes suppliers for outstanding performance.

QIAGEN awards Pöppelmann FAMAC® with the "Supplier of the Year" distinction. With this award for outstanding suppliers, the biotechnology company annually recognizes the top 20 partners out of around 3,600 suppliers.

This is only the second time the award has been presented. After the previous year's winner was a company from the USA, this year the prestigious award went to Germany – specifically to Lohne, to Pöppelmann FAMAC®. Criteria for selection included performance in the areas of innovation, service, sustainability, and quality – fundamental aspects that characterize a long-term successful supplier relationship.

It was presented by Serge Van Vooren, Vice President Purchasing at QIAGEN, and Frank Jüntgen, Global Category Leader Plastics & Contract Manufacturing Global Procurement.
