Bettina Kremer is a new member of the management team at OVE Plasmatec. The experienced sales expert will strengthen the management as an additional managing director to focus on close customer relationships. In addition to increasing female representation at the leadership level, OVE Plasmatec explicitly commits to the structure of a family business with her appointment. Bettina Kremer is part of the founding and owner family.

"Especially in uncertain times like these, we see this as a signal of stability on our path into the future of our company," adds founder Bernd Friedrich, also a managing partner. Together, the trio aims to steer the highly professional service provider for surface finishing of elastomers in a new direction.

Reorientation with own products and processes

"Our existing and future customers should experience that we are no longer just experts in cleaning and coating. Because we are now also developing our own products, processes, and procedures around the finishing of elastomers," assures Kremer with full enthusiasm. Especially in times surrounding the PFAS ban issue, it is important to look ahead and seize new opportunities, affirms the native Sindelfingen resident.

This will also be supported by the new technical center that the medium-sized company is currently building. In addition to the well-known high quality and solution-oriented service for which OVE Plasmatec is known among its customers, the new direction with development and manufacturing competence of its own products and services will be made much more prominent in the future. This also includes efforts to find PFAS-free coatings. The company thus continues its consistent philosophy: "Anyone can coat. And when others give up, we stay the course."

Customer care with experience, drive, and empathy

Having previously worked in the automotive industry and gained extensive experience with suppliers for premium automakers, Kremer has been associated with OVE Plasmatec since 2014. Initially in a side role in administration and full-time since 2019. Since 2022, she has been responsible for intensive customer relationships as Sales Director. The new managing director of OVE Plasmatec brings the necessary qualities when she states: "I love our customers."
