The previously announced date in October 2013 for the congress trade fair "OrthoTec Europe" organized by UBM Canon has been postponed. It will now take place on March 19 and 20, 2014!

The reason for the five-month postponement of this development- and manufacturing-oriented trade fair with extensive conference offerings is due to various events scheduled to take place during the same time frame. As a result, both numerous speakers and potential exhibitors and visitors would have been faced with difficult decisions. "We definitely wanted to avoid that," confirms Fabienne Valambras, the event manager responsible at UBM Canon, and adds: "The venue remains the same, in Zurich-Regensdorf."

March was chosen because the date is particularly suitable, especially for orthopedic technology. Initial commitments from high-profile conference speakers such as Dr. Urs Schneider, Head of the Department of Biomechatronic Systems at Fraunhofer IPA, confirm that the organizers made the right decision.
