Whether through new products, modified manufacturing and coating technologies, or stricter regulatory requirements – almost all industry sectors are facing higher particulate and film cleanliness specifications. This means that consistent, stable quality in production cannot be guaranteed.

For these tasks, Ecoclean presents, at this year's parts2clean, adapted system concepts for batch and single-part cleaning using aqueous media and environmentally friendly solvents, as well as coordinated high purity equipment packages. The latter are demonstrated using the example of the solvent system EcoCcompact.

Equipment adapted for high-end cleaning applications

To meet these high requirements, the equipment details of these packages include specially adapted system technology, media management, and processing for high-end cleaning applications. Supplemented by special process options such as Ultrasound Plus or Pulsated Pressure Cleaning (PPC), and plasma cleaning, the cleaning systems designed for fine cleaning by Ecoclean enable the reproducible achievement of high cleanliness specifications.
