Optimal operational hygiene with ECOLINE PIPE PURIFICATION

ECOLINE PIPE PURIFICATION enables quick and thorough cleaning of pipelines in production facilities and can be used both as a mobile unit and as a stationary system.

At the European Coatings Show (ECS) in Nuremberg, Vink Chemicals, in collaboration with R+B Technik GmbH, will present a completely new cleaning process for pipelines in production and filling plants from March 19 to 21, 2019. This method achieves significantly better cleaning performance compared to previous methods. It produces less wastewater, reduces energy consumption, and allows for flexible cleaning programs tailored to the level of contamination.

Rising demands on operational hygiene and the desire to reduce preservatives have led to the development of ECOLINE PIPE PURIFICATION. This completely new cleaning process for pipelines, in conjunction with the system cleaners Vinkocide SR1 and Vinkocide SR3 from Vink Chemicals, removes biofilms and product residues in production and filling plants for paints, varnishes, adhesives, and construction chemicals. As a result, operational hygiene improves, the number of contaminations and product defects decreases significantly, and longer product shelf life can be achieved.

The special cleaning process ECOLINE PIPE PURIFICATION specifically ensures significantly higher flow velocities and a strong shear effect on the flowing surfaces. This sets ECOLINE PIPE PURIFICATION apart from conventional cleaning methods. Thanks to the high flow velocities, the previously dosed system cleaners Vinkocide SR1 and/or Vinkocide SR3 can act particularly effectively on dirt and biofilms on the pipe walls. The cleaning pressure always remains below the permissible system pressure.

ECOLINE PIPE PURIFICATION enables quick and thorough cleaning, removes blockages and crusts, and can be used both as a mobile unit and as a stationary system. In addition to cleaning dried product residues and effectively removing biofilms and bacteria, the process offers many advantages in application. For example, the contact times of cleaners are significantly shortened, the amount of wastewater generated is reduced, biocides can be used efficiently or their quantities can be decreased, and cleaning is also possible in T-joints and dead spaces.
