For standard conveying applications, motan's METROVAC SG conveying station offers an optimal and cost-effective solution for smaller conveying systems. Comprising a vacuum blower, control unit, and a cyclone dust filter, up to 8 conveying devices can be connected to the PLC control.

The METROVAC SG station is available in various blower sizes ranging from 0.85 to 4.3 kW. Thanks to the maintenance-free blower and in combination with a cyclone dust filter, the station is not only versatile but can also be easily adapted to the size of your conveying system and expanded without difficulty.

To generate a reliable and constant vacuum, motan's conveying station uses side channel blowers as the blower. These are particularly ideal for short to medium conveying distances, as they can be placed directly next to the processing machines in a quiet manner.

The FC filters combine cyclone dust separators with a fine dust filter. The dust collection container makes removing accumulated dust quick and easy.
When using the optional bypass valve, filter cleaning is automated. The filter cartridge is also regularly cleaned by the implosion air stream flowing through the cartridge.

For quick and trouble-free material changes, it is also possible to thoroughly clean the material feed lines after each conveying process. This is especially important when conveying hygroscopic materials.

The PLC control is robust and user-friendly, positioned at an ergonomically comfortable working height. An alarm combination of signal light and horn is already standard. Up to 8 METRO SG HOS conveying devices can be controlled, along with up to 8 METROMIX / DUOMIX mixing valves and up to 4 emptying valves or extraction hoppers with emptying suction.
