Safety comes first

Thresholds can be easily overcome with these load carriers. Operation is via a safety steering tiller that contains all control and operation elements. In emergency situations, an emergency stop switch and a safety button with automatic reverse provide quick assistance. The performance data are convincing for many applications: The load capacity is 2,000 kilograms, and the lifting height is up to 205 millimeters (optional up to 300 millimeters). Thanks to the small turning radius of 1,600 millimeters, the pallet truck can turn in the tightest circles. A travel speed of 4 km/h allows for swift progress.

Custom versions are also available: For special transport requirements, such as transporting drums, EAP Lachnit offers the electric pallet truck 420 S. Another variant is available as a weighing pallet truck; with high-quality scales (optionally with radio connection and mobile printer), the transported goods can be weighed during transit.

Quick, thorough cleaning

Particularly in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food production, strict hygiene regulations apply. Floor conveyors must therefore be easy and thorough to clean. The stainless steel material used, with glass bead-blasted surfaces, enables this. The floor conveyors from EAP Lachnit are also protected against high humidity. For example, the switch is equipped with a rubber cover, and the controls, battery, and hydraulic unit are enclosed in a waterproof stainless steel housing that meets the IP66 protection class.
