Significantly higher requirements are placed on their use in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, as well as in cleanrooms or explosion-proof areas. The electric pallet truck 411 K is suitable for simple yet quick loading and unloading of goods. And when it comes to transporting heavy loads over longer distances, the powerful electric pallet truck 412 K with a rider platform for passenger operation is recommended. The construction of the electric pallet trucks is very robust. A torsion-resistant load frame with rounded fork ends ensures the safety of the operator and allows gentle handling of the transported goods. Entry and exit rollers ensure that pallets can be easily picked up. An overload protection and a gentle lowering valve are standard features. The pallet truck has high stability thanks to a mid-wheel drive with a bevel gear and offers high driving comfort, easily overcoming thresholds. Operation is via a safety steering tiller, which contains all control and operation elements. For emergency situations, the electric pallet truck is equipped with an emergency stop switch and a safety button with automatic reverse.

The load capacity is 2,000 kilograms, with a lifting height of up to 205 millimeters (optional up to 300 millimeters). Thanks to a small turning radius of 1,600 millimeters, the pallet truck is very maneuverable. A travel speed of 4 km/h allows for swift progress.

For use in sensitive areas or environments with high humidity, the switch with rubber cover is provided, and the control, battery, and hydraulic unit are enclosed in a waterproof stainless steel housing that meets the protection class IP67. The material used, stainless steel (1.4301 / V2A / AISI 304), and the surface blasted with glass beads allow for easy and thorough cleaning. The electric pallet truck complies with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and is marked with the CE symbol.

The version of the 412 K type electric pallet truck is delivered with a foldable rider platform and foldable side safety arms, allowing the operator to ride along.

Stacking height desired

For handling tasks requiring higher lifts, Lachnit offers the agile electric forklift type 422. Power transmission of drive and brake forces is achieved through a large drive wheel, which also ensures smooth and safe operation. The functions of driving, lifting, and lowering can be selected by the operator via a tiller switch. For safety reasons, the vehicle automatically stops when the tiller is released.

With a load capacity of 1,250 kilograms, the electric forklift is powerful and offers versatile application possibilities. A large steering angle and full freedom of movement on both sides make the forklift very maneuverable; the bevel gear drive also ensures high stability.

Important for use in sensitive areas such as food production is easy cleaning. Non-sensitive surfaces and the encapsulation of key components allow the use of cleaning agents. Operation in wet, as well as refrigerated and deep-freeze areas, is also easily possible.
