NovoNox is now NOVOnox hygienic

The previously standalone brand NovoNox was integrated into HEINRICH KIPP WERK on April 3, 2018, under the new name NOVOnox hygienic, including all business processes. The company has thus expanded its existing range in the important stainless steel sector. Since then, NovoNox customers have had access to KIPP's comprehensive logistics and service network.

KIPP's stainless steel products of the NOVOnox hygienic line are specifically tailored to the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and packaging industries. Representatives of these sectors are now guaranteed support from a full-range supplier with manufacturing expertise.

"We have decided on the important step of integration to optimize our product range and expand our know-how in hygienic design. This allows us to offer our existing customers improved service and to convince new customers from other industries of our company," explained Managing Director Nicolas Kipp.

The NOVOnox hygienic product line includes control parts and machine components that meet the industry standards HD (Hygienic DESIGN) and HU (Hygienic USIT®). Due to their medium surface roughness of Ra < 0.8 μm and their optimal cleanability, the surfaces and transitions of the HD products reliably meet hygiene requirements.

For the HU products, KIPP relies on a sealing and connection technology made from a single casting. A prime example is the NOVOnox hygienic screw system, which, with sealing and washer discs from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, creates a unique, completely tight, and dead-space-free connection.

Wide product variety, high service competence, and consistent delivery capability: with the integration of NOVOnox hygienic, KIPP has created significant added value for its customers. All products meet KIPP's quality standards and are delivered on time from the German logistics center.
