Nora nTx – the fast and secure solution

Fast, efficient, economical: With nora nTx, nora systems has introduced a forward-looking and innovative installation technology to the market. The new system reduces installation time by up to half, resulting in significant cost savings. nora nTx works on all common substrates, even on existing coverings. The installed floor can be walked on, used, and cleaned immediately after installation. This significantly reduces downtime, especially during renovations in ongoing operations.

Fast and straightforward: All components from a single source

Planning and coordinating installation times with other construction or renovation measures becomes much easier and more flexible. Here's how it works: A rubber-based adhesive is applied to the underside of the noraplan coverings and covered with a protective film, which is simply peeled off before installation. The offering is complemented by special nora nTx installation materials for substrate preparation, such as filler and primer. All components are perfectly coordinated: “For our customers, the system solution from a single source offers a significant advantage in every respect,” says Andreas Mueller, Managing Director of nora systems. Compared to conventional wet adhesive installation, the nora nTx technology eliminates several work steps, such as applying the adhesive. Drying and ventilation times are eliminated, and sources of error are minimized. The ability to use nora nTx directly on substrates with increased residual moisture saves additional waiting times.

Ideal for renovations during ongoing operations

“Installation on existing floors is easily possible, provided they still have sufficient adhesion. Thus, nora nTx is ideally suited for renovation measures,” emphasizes Uwe Bauer, Head of Application Technology at nora systems. Old coverings only need to be lightly sanded and, if necessary, primed, so there is hardly any dust or dirt during installation—a major advantage during renovations in ongoing operations, such as in hospitals or nursing homes. Rooms or corridors can be walked on, cleaned, furnished, and used immediately after installation. At the same time, the impact on patients and staff is minimized. Another major advantage is planning security for those responsible: With nora nTx, schedules for new construction or renovation can be reliably maintained.
