Fresh air workplace

Working under cleanroom conditions – especially the assembly of mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, and optical systems – is becoming increasingly important in the industry. The newly developed cleanroom workstations by mkf GmbH support work under cleanroom conditions both in the laboratory area and in manufacturing, assembly, and quality control. Depending on the environmental conditions, the air cleanliness class ISO 5 and better can be achieved in the workspace according to DIN ISO 14644. The air is filtered via a Filter Fan Unit (FFU) with an H14 - HEPA filter. The resulting laminar airflow directs particles away from the product outward (with a closed table surface) or downward (with a stainless steel perforated table surface).

The workstations are standardly equipped with a cleanroom-compatible LED lighting, a power outlet, and a potentiometer for stepless adjustment of the air velocity. The basic construction consists of a cleanroom profile system, which ensures easy and thorough cleaning. With its various dimensions and configuration options, the clean air workstation can be customized to meet individual requirements.
