New workspace lamp from LED2WORK

Homogeneous, flicker-free, shadow-free, and stepless dimming with memory function – this is how LED2WORK introduces the new series of UNILED II.

Jobs in industrial manufacturing, assembly, quality assurance, or in dental or medical laboratories, as well as in the jewelry and watch industry, require particularly good lighting conditions. To meet this need, LED2WORK now offers a new lighting model with dimming featuring a memory function and an even more ergonomic design. The luminaire will be presented at SPS/IPC/DRIVES from November 24 in Nuremberg.

The new UNILED II illuminates with the 27 W variant featuring 84 SMD LEDs instead of 72 SMD LEDs in the previous version; this makes the lighting even more efficient and particularly homogeneous. Additionally, a new opal-like cover ensures shadow-free and glare-free viewing. Another special feature of the new model is stepless dimming, which can be individually adjusted via a memory function using buttons on the lamp head. With this new feature, the UNILED II offers a particularly practical function. The lighting can be quickly and easily adjusted for specific products and applications or for changing staff, for example, in different shifts.

Ergonomically improved

An additional improvement is the high-quality aluminum spring arm, which allows the lamp to be aligned via three joints. An extra 3D head joint ensures particularly precise positioning. The UNILED II is simply attached to the table edge with a universal clamp. This design requires minimal table surface for stable support. For alternative placements, LED2WORK offers a wall mount, a stand, and for attachment to system workstations, an adapter for T-slot profiles. The lamp is also available as a pendant version.

Practical offering

The UNILED II, with protection class IP40 and protection class III, is available in power ratings of 15 W and 27 W, with housing lengths of 298 mm and 548 mm. Customers can choose between daylight white light (5,200 - 5,700 CW) or neutral white (4,000 - 4,500 CW). LED2WORK guarantees a lifespan of up to 60,000 operating hours (switching does not affect the lifespan).
