With a modern new online presence, Piepenbrock is now even closer to its customers in the future. Freshly designed and clearly structured, the new website intuitively guides visitors to the desired information. This makes it even easier to contact Piepenbrock and receive a suitable offer from the extensive portfolio of the building services provider.

"Finding the right solution for our customers' needs at all times and being accessible at all times is a matter of course for us as a service provider. We consistently continue this principle with our new website," says Arnulf Piepenbrock, Managing Partner of the Piepenbrock Group, about the successful relaunch. Looking at the target group, Olaf Piepenbrock, also Managing Partner, adds: "Our website is our digital billboard. It is an important contact point for both existing and potential customers throughout Germany. Whether users are searching for branches in their region or for specific specialist areas – it was important for us to keep the paths to the right contacts as short as possible."

User Experience in Focus

Requesting offers, making contact, or getting comprehensive information about the diverse services – all of this is now very simple. Piepenbrock also kept the various end devices in mind during the customer journey. The new website is responsive and thus also easy to use on the go. For the implementation, Piepenbrock relied on the expertise of the Osnabrück agency Kontrastkraft and on the SEO specialists from ranketing in Kerken near Düsseldorf. A proven collaboration whose results are impressive.

Milestone in Design

In 2021, Piepenbrock developed a new corporate identity, into which the website was visually integrated. From the logo, font, and colors to market positioning, the building services provider went through the entire process. The result – especially the fresh, optimistic orientation of the brand – is well received by employees and customers and is now also reflected online. The responsible parties are particularly pleased with the positive feedback. "Defining and designing a new brand was already an exciting project. Seeing now that our employees identify with it so fully and bring it to life is a great confirmation," says Arnulf Piepenbrock, appreciating the feedback. "We are all the more pleased to be able to share this brand now through the new website with all partners, customers, and interested parties."

Compensation Project for CO2 Emissions

As a company committed to sustainability for decades, the climate neutrality of its own online presence was an important concern for Piepenbrock. "Worldwide, resource consumption through the internet continues to increase," says Olaf Piepenbrock. "Our new website also generates approximately one ton of CO2 per year. We offset these emissions through a climate protection project with our partner First Climate." The project is verified by the global standard VCS (Verified Carbon Standard) and protects the endangered rainforests on Borneo.
