New: QuadroPack TPU – flexible protection for sensitive medical devices

With QuadroPack TPU, rose plastic medical packaging is expanding its portfolio with a transparent protective sleeve for sensitive and sharp-edged medical devices. Made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), the packaging is abrasion-resistant, puncture-resistant, and provides reliable protection for delicate product surfaces.

As a consistent advancement of PU sleeves already established in the market, QuadroPack TPU combines proven protective features with optimized transparency, easy handling, and efficient loading. At the same time, its flexible length adjustment enables a precisely fitting packaging solution for a wide range of product requirements.

QuadroPack TPU was specifically developed to meet the requirements of medical technology. The durable TPU material protects instruments, implants, and screws from scratches and mechanical impact. Its high level of transparency allows reliable visual inspection of the packaged product without having to open the packaging. This supports clear identification, reduces handling effort, and increases safety up to the point of use.

Intuitive Handling and Flexible Adjustment

The new protective sleeve can be continuously adjusted in length, making it suitable for products of various sizes and shapes. Outer and inner parts can be combined depending on the application, allowing different usable lengths to be covered. A tab on the outer part makes opening and closing easier and supports efficient loading and removal.

Process Reliability from Packaging to Sterilization

QuadroPack TPU is manufactured in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom and is designed for sterile applications. The packaging is suitable for gamma and e-beam sterilization and can be used in automated processes.
