New product: Wardrobe cabinet with UV-C disinfection

Effective immediately, wardrobe cabinets with integrated UV-C disinfection are available from Friedrich Sailer GmbH. The cabinets are available with 2 and 3 compartments. Each compartment's clothing section is equipped with two light sources for disinfection, which irradiate the clothing compartment from above and below with UV-C light.

Each compartment has its own electronics that automatically control the disinfection process. Every time the door is opened and closed, the disinfection process is triggered and automatically shuts off after three minutes. If the cabinet is opened during the operation of the disinfection lights, the process is immediately automatically canceled and restarts after the door is closed – thus excluding any potential exposure of persons to UV-C light. The CE mark for UV-C light technology is of course present.

The cabinets are available in RAL 9016 (Traffic White). This bright color ensures a high level of light reflection on the interior surfaces, leading to more efficient disinfection.
