The best way to train your employees is through guided execution of a task in a real production environment. The renowned economist Dr. James D. Kirkpatrick describes this method as "Rehaersel," which translates roughly as trial run or rehearsal.

This means that the activity to be learned is practiced under supervision in an appropriate environment until the trainee can perform the task with the required quality. This method is especially suitable for repetitive tasks such as dressing procedures, hand disinfection, and cleaning of equipment and cleanrooms.

Starting in 2020, we at Rohr AG are offering a practical training for employees in the Life Science industries, which mainly consists of hands-on exercises. Through visual effects, the trainee receives immediate feedback on the quality of their execution and can repeat the exercise as often as needed until the desired result is achieved. To visualize the processes, we use methods such as flow visualizations, particle measurements, or luminous granules (see photos 1 to 4).
