New operational management at RENA subsidiaries

The RENA Group, a globally leading provider of production machinery and systems for water treatment as well as wet chemical surface treatment, is standardizing its management structure and therefore restructuring leadership in the plant engineering sector (SH+E Group). CEO Jürgen Gutekunst and CFO Eckhard Rau will now also take on the management of SH+E GmbH and subsidiaries of the SH+E Group. In the operational management of the plant engineering division, they will be supported in the future by Dr.-Ing. Johannes Knoblauch.

Johannes Knoblauch initially takes over the responsibilities at SH+E from Bernhard Stulz, who is leaving operational duties nearly two years after the acquisition by RENA but remains connected to RENA GmbH in his role as a shareholder. "Bernhard Stulz has significantly influenced the development of the entire group over the past two years. We acknowledge and thank him for his dedication and contributions to building the SH+E Group over many decades," says CEO Jürgen Gutekunst.

Dr.-Ing. Johannes Knoblauch has more than 20 years of experience in managing international companies with a focus on plant engineering. "With his expertise in this field, Johannes Knoblauch will help us successfully complete the integration of the SH+E Group into RENA and further develop the business in this area," says RENA's main shareholder and CEO Jürgen Gutekunst.
