New: Multilift II clean, the hub column for the cleanroom area

The Multilift II product family offers the right lifting column for almost every application.

RK Rose+Krieger expands its successful product family of elegant yet durable Multilift II lifting columns with the Multilift II clean. The latest version of the lifting column has been specifically designed for use in cleanrooms.

The requirement to manufacture and produce products under clean conditions is increasingly gaining importance in various industries. Especially for equipment used in cleanrooms, it is demanded that they feature minimal particle emission. Even the smallest particles can lead to product contamination and thus, for example, malfunctions. Despite the increasing automation of individual process steps, numerous manufacturing activities are carried out by employees who, depending on the task, also require ergonomically designed workplaces in the cleanroom. Electrically movable lifting columns make a significant contribution here.

Therefore, RK Rose+Krieger optimized the drive used in its Multilift II lifting columns to reduce particle emission from the columns to a cleanroom-compatible minimum.

The proof of the cleanroom suitability of this new lifting column was provided by a particle emission test according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1, conducted by the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA. As a result, the IPA certified the lifting column for use in cleanrooms up to the globally valid class 4.

Growing Product Family

In addition to the new Multilift II clean, the electrically movable lifting columns of the Multilift II product range include five other models:

- the standard version Multilift II
- the telescoping version Multilift II telescope
- the Multilift II impact with integrated damping system to absorb high impact forces
- the Multilift II ESD with electrically conductive profiles
- the Multilift II safety with integrated fall protection for overhead applications

All models have been developed through adaptations to meet different customer requirements. Each Multilift II lifting column offers the customer a clear added value, which has not been available on the market in this form before. Further versions are already in planning.
