In the industrial production of food or chemical products, powders, granulates, bulk materials, and liquids in buckets or small drums, as well as liquids from canisters, often need to be transported from one place to another and transferred into other containers. To perform these tasks without physical strain, Hovmand now also offers ergonomic solutions. The new tools for mobile industrial lifts make it easy to safely lift, tip, and fill the contents of heavy canisters and similar containers. Regardless of the container’s weight, one person can handle the lifting and tipping process effortlessly alone – also an advantage for maintaining the currently health-relevant minimum distance from other people. Additionally, both new products are available as stainless steel solutions for environments with special hygiene requirements.

For buckets and small drums

The bucket lifter wraps the containers with a strap. This works on the principle of a car seat belt, which can be tightened firmly and automatically rolls back when released. Two supporting rollers secure the container against falling, pressing against it. A manually operated rotating device allows the side tilting of the containers to precisely transfer their contents into other containers.

Mobile filling aid for canisters

A new product on the market is the mobile filling aid for canisters. The canisters are attached to the carrying handle using a hook device and securely fixed with a latch and two supporting arms. This enables lifting and transporting the canisters. A manually operated rotating device also allows precise filling into another container by tilting the canister sideways.
